Where Is My Bus?—the smart app that enhances public transport in Istanbul—is here for you with updated user-friendly interfaces and a reinforced infrastructure.
Where Is My Bus? is the official application of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality General Directorate of IETT Operations. With this app, you can check the routes of Istanbul's bus lines, their timetables, and which lines serve which stops.

Ask Where Is My Bus: How Can I Get There?
You can reach your destination via multiple routes using Istanbul's public transportation. To explore route options, simply enter your starting point and destination in the How to Go menu and specify the date & time of your trip. You can also plan around your departure or arrival time. Explore the route alternatives provided by Where Is My Bus? according to your preferences—whether you want the fastest route or one with the least walking. Select your preferred route, review its details, and even track it on the map.
Find stops near you
From the Stops Near Me menu, list the stops closest to your location by distance. Tap any stop for its details. On the stop detail page, see which lines serve that stop and when the next bus will arrive. Switch to the map view to see stop locations and get directions.
Locate other useful transit points nearby
Find the nearest Istanbulkart top-up stations and İspark parking areas to your current location. Where Is My Bus? shows them clearly. Access these lists from the side menu to see how far each point is from you. Check parking lot capacities and types, such as open-air and multi-story facilities. Switch to the map view to see these locations and get directions to your chosen point.
Get bus line and route details
Search by line name to see main and branch routes for each bus line. From the line detail page, select a route to view all its stops. Track buses in real time and easily identify which route each bus serves with special color-coding for branch routes. Switch to the map view to see all the line’s routes—just activate the ones you want using the filter icon in the upper left corner.
Plan your trip using departure times
Access the Timetables page by tapping the Timetables button on the home screen and searching for a line, or go to a line’s detail page and select Timetables. The timetable shows the main route schedule; branch routes are shown separately using special colors. To see which color corresponds to which branch route, open the Route Information section.
Stay updated with announcements
On any line or stop detail page, tap the Announcements icon for real-time updates related to that line or stop. You can also review past announcements for all lines, stops, schedule changes, and route adjustments from the Announcements page in the side menu.
