Mitsubishi Connect is an innovative platform that enhances your driving experience by offering a suite of safe, secure, and convenient services. Through the My Mitsubishi Connect Mobile Application, you can easily register and access a variety of connected services tailored for your Mitsubishi vehicle. These services include the ability to remotely start your vehicle, lock or unlock doors, activate the horn and lights, schedule dealer services, locate your car, and set parental controls. For owners of Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs), the app provides additional functionalities such as viewing charging status, managing charging schedules, and adjusting settings to optimize your vehicle's performance. The mobile app also allows you to manage your account settings, receive notifications, and directly contact Customer Care for any inquiries about the Mitsubishi Connect Safeguard and Remote Service Packages.
The Mitsubishi Connect services are available for the following models:
- Select 2018 model year or newer Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross
- Select 2022 model year or newer Mitsubishi Outlander
- Select 2023 model year or newer Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV
Please note that to utilize the Mitsubishi Connect features through the app, your vehicle must be equipped with the Mitsubishi Telematics Control Unit and you must have an active subscription. Additionally, access to these services is subject to cellular network availability and coverage limitations.
