Please note that due to hardware limitations, not all NFC-equipped smartphones are capable of reading the contactless chips used in Troika cards.
Electronic tickets are stored directly in the memory of your Troika card. Therefore, you'll need an NFC-enabled and compatible smartphone to successfully write tickets onto your card.
The electronic purse feature allows you to select the amount you wish to record (purchase) on your card.
Our app supports over 90 types of tickets, covering all existing ticket types, including MCD (Moscow Central Diameters), MCR (Moscow Central Ring), and tickets for social cards (including students).
To reserve funds securely (we do not store your bank card data), simply enter your payment card details within the app.
Remember to hold your Troika card against the NFC antenna of your device (refer to your device's user manual for the exact location of the antenna).
Funds are only charged from your payment card once the newly purchased ticket has been successfully written to your Troika card.
