The 4 Bead (also known as 4 Teni, Sholo Guti, or 4 Daane) game is a strategic board game that can be enjoyed by two players. Each player begins with 4 beads, and the objective is to outmaneuver your opponent to capture all of their beads while protecting your own.
The game commences once both players have registered, with the first player taking the initial move. During each turn, a player must select one of their beads and move it to the nearest available spot. Here are the two methods by which a player can move their beads:
1. **Moving to the Nearest Spot:** This is a straightforward move where the player shifts one of their beads to the closest unoccupied position. This move can help safeguard the bead from being captured by the opponent.
Note: Players are allowed to move their bead to the nearest spot only once per turn.
2. **Crossing an Opponent's Bead:** If the nearest bead to the player's chosen bead belongs to the opponent and the space directly beyond it is empty, the player can 'cross' the opponent's bead, effectively capturing it. After crossing an opponent's bead, the player must either click the PASS button to end their turn or select another bead to move if they wish to continue their turn.
Note: Players can cross multiple opponent beads in a single turn if the conditions are met.
The game concludes when one player loses all of their beads. For example, if Player 1 loses all their beads first, then Player 2 is declared the winner.
