- Action Phase: Players navigate a virtual environment, gathering clues, completing tasks, and subtly observing suspicious behavior. Kira can secretly utilize the Death Note to eliminate NPCs or even opposing players.

Unlike Among Us, Kira has followers who communicate privately and can steal crucial IDs, even potentially inheriting the Death Note. Investigators, meanwhile, gather and analyze clues to narrow down the suspects. L possesses unique investigative abilities, including deploying surveillance cameras and strategically guiding discussions.

Players can unlock various cosmetic items, including seven types of accessories and special effects. Cross-play functionality ensures a larger player base across PC and PlayStation platforms. Voice chat is recommended for effective team communication and strategic planning.
