Royal Petrol LLP, owner of the Royal Petrol and Continent gas station networks, proudly presents its loyalty program. Designed for both existing and new customers, this program rewards purchases with bonus points (Bonuses), exclusive discounts, and special offers tailored to member preferences.
These rules govern participation in the loyalty program.
Participants must be individuals aged 14 or older, legally authorized to conduct minor household transactions, and registered in the program according to these rules. A valid individual identification number (IIN) as per Republic of Kazakhstan legislation is required.
The Participant Questionnaire collects information necessary for program registration. By completing the questionnaire, participants voluntarily consent to the processing of their personal data (as defined by the Republic of Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection"). Data processing methods include, but are not limited to: email, instant messaging, SMS, phone calls, postal mail, and automated/electronic processing, including database creation. This consent remains valid until revoked in writing.
A Virtual Card is an electronic card accessible within the Mobile Application, without a physical counterpart.

The Royal Petrol Mobile Application is available for iOS and Android devices. Royal Petrol LLP owns the Mobile Application.
Bonus points (Bonuses) are awarded for purchases at Royal Petrol filling stations, as per program terms. One (1) Bonus point equals one (1) tenge. Bonuses are redeemable only for purchases at Royal Petrol filling stations.
Each Participant’s Bonus account tracks accrued and redeemed Bonuses and displays the current balance.
