We've introduced a Football Manager Profile feature. The more points you accumulate, the further your reputation and abilities will extend. Can you transition from your sofa to becoming a legend of football management? Earning more points will unlock more old seasons for free.

The club's board will still set you season-long objectives. Meet them and be rewarded with cash and stadium expansions; fail, and you'll be fired. But in RFM 2024, you won't have to start over. Instead, you'll be offered a new job and a path back to your favorite club.
