Some users on Android 11 have reported app crashes upon launch. To resolve this, please try "Erasing Storage." Note: This will delete your parking history, which cannot be recovered.
Procedure to Erase Storage:
- Open "Settings"
- Open "Apps and Notifications"
- Tap "PP Park!"
- Open "Storage and Cache"
- Tap "Erase Storage"
This issue stems from Android 11, and Google is aware of the problem. While a fix is anticipated, similar issues persist globally. We apologize for the inconvenience.
