Potenza Drive is a demanding application that pushes the boundaries of automotive performance testing. It requires a high data throughput, requesting up to 140 parameters per second¹ from your vehicle to deliver a truly immersive, real-time audio experience. Your overall experience will depend on several factors, including your mobile device, OBD-II ELM327 adapter (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or USB), your vehicle's OBD-II protocol, and your sound system.

Test 1 (Normal Communication):

Conduct a standard speed communication test.

Test 2 (Fast Communication):

Perform a high-speed communication test. Note that this is only supported by certain vehicle OBD-II protocols.

¹ Only ISO 15765-4 CAN OBD-II protocols, using high-quality chip adapters, can achieve data rates up to 140 parameters per second. Older protocols may only deliver 4 parameters per second in the worst-case scenario.
