Xbox Game Pass January 2025 Lineup: A Snowy Start and Stellar Additions
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers are in for a treat this January 2025! Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders, a thrilling skiing game featuring co-op and PvP modes, drops on January 21st as a day-one title. This exciting addition follows a relatively quiet first half of the month, which primarily saw existing titles shift between subscription tiers.
While the initial January 2025 Game Pass additions were sparse, the second half of the month promises a much more substantial update. Following Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders, three additional day-one games are slated for release:
- Eternal Strands (January 28th): This action-adventure title from Yellow Brick Games, helmed by BioWare veteran Mike Laidlaw, boasts a distinct Zelda-esque feel.
- Sniper Elite: Resistance (January 30th): A new entry in the popular Sniper Elite franchise.
- Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector (January 31st): The highly anticipated sequel to the critically acclaimed Citizen Sleeper.
