Publisher Focus Entertainment and Developer Saber Interactive Joint Announcement
On March 13, 2025, Focus Entertainment and Saber Interactive announced on Focus's official website that development for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 3 has begun. John Bert, Deputy CEO of Focus Entertainment Publishing, and Matthew Karch, CEO of Saber Interactive, shared their insights on the franchise's current state and what the future holds.
Bert expressed his excitement, stating, "Today, we are thrilled to announce that the adventure will continue with Space Marine 3. Players can anticipate an immersive campaign, a multiplayer mode, and innovations that will redefine the standards of third-person action games." He added, "Developed in close collaboration with Games Workshop, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 3 will elevate the genre by introducing even more spectacular large-scale battles."
Karch elaborated, "We are now starting to develop Space Marine 3, a game that comes with tremendous expectations from our ever-growing fanbase." He continued, "While we continue to support and expand the Space Marine 2 universe in the coming years, we will apply all our learnings to create an even bigger and more spectacular game for the third installment. We see this as an opportunity to craft a true love letter to the Warhammer 40,000 universe."
