World of Warcraft Patch 11.1 introduces customizable character select screen campsites! Four new campsites are available for collection, each with unique unlock requirements. This enhancement builds upon the Warbands system from The War Within.

- Collectible Campsites: Four new backgrounds are added: Ohn'ahran Overlook, Cultists' Quay, Freywold Spring, and Gallagio Grand Gallery. The original Adventurer's Rest remains.
- Unlock Methods: Unlock methods vary. Some are earned through achievements (All That Khaz and Racing to a Revolution), seasonal progression (Season 2 Delver's Journey), or simply logging in after Patch 11.1.
- Collections Pane Access: Players can preview and unlock campsites within the Collections pane.
- Character Select Screen Customization: A new tab in the character select screen allows easy campsite selection, including a random option.
