Avowed's Treasure Maps: A Comprehensive Guide to Locating Hidden Riches
Avowed features twelve Treasure Maps scattered across its four regions: Dawnshore, Emerald Stair, Shatterscarp, and Galawain's Tusks. This guide details the locations of the maps in the first three regions. Locations for Galawain's Tusks will be added shortly. Finding all treasure maps unlocks the Pathfinder Achievement.
Dawnshore Treasure Maps
1. Intimidating Feline Codpiece: This map is readily available early in the game. Purchase it from Lyanna, a merchant in Claviger's Landing, for 100 coins. If you've already passed this area, fast travel to the Claviger's Landing Beacon. Lyanna's shop, "The Best Offense," is easily spotted.
2. Captain Henqua's Spoils: Locate this map atop the Lighthouse to the left of Claviger's Landing. Climb to the wooden platform where a skeleton rests; the map is among its belongings. The top of the Lighthouse also contains a chest with Arcanist's Boots.
3. Woedica's Inheritance: This map is for sale at Sanza's Emporium, southeast of Paradise Hightown. Enter Paradise Hightown from the east, turn left at the stairs, and continue until you reach the marked building. Purchase the map from Sanza for 100 coins.
Emerald Stair Treasure Maps
1. Painter's Regret: Located in a house southeast of the Farmer's Market Beacon. The front door is locked; enter through the side entrance to find the map on a canvas.
2. Practical Pockets: Purchase this map from Ector Brewer at The Gifted Magpie shop in Fior mes Iverno for 660 coins. The shop is past the fountain near the city's main entrance.
3. Earthly Eigis: This map requires a bit more effort. From the party camp near Naku Tedek, go right, past blue mushrooms and tents. Cross a branch to reach a hidden room containing the chest with the map.
Shatterscarp Treasure Maps
1. Robe of the Arcane Cheater: Purchase this map from Ihaka at "The Thrifty Pig" shop, west of Shark's Teeth. Fast travel to Tago's Tower Beacon and follow the path.
2. Dead Man's Trail: Head south from the Shark's Mouth Beacon to a tent in the Great Grand Sea area. The map is on a corpse inside the tent. Be wary of Dreamthrall enemies.
3. Seafarer's Boots: From the Thirdborn party camp, cross the narrow ridge to find Loato. The map is behind him, on a blanket.
