Your journey begins with Humbert, a struggling Minotaur actor, whose dilapidated Gym Between needs your help. By exercising in the real world and earning "Sweat," you train Humbert and a roster of quirky Champs, each with their own compelling backstory and challenges.
Rebuild Gym Between by unlocking new equipment, conquering challenges, and recruiting more members. Threkka supports various workout styles; any activity you log contributes to your in-game progress, whether tracked via Apple Watch, another fitness app, or even a fitness RPG.
