Polity: A Next-Gen MMORPG Sandbox Experience
Jib Games' Polity is a new, free-to-play, cross-platform MMORPG offering a unique sandbox experience. Set on the newly discovered planet Blue Dot 2, players collaborate (or compete!) within a single, massive server, building and customizing their own colonies.
What is Polity?
Unlike many MMORPGs, Polity features a shared world where all players interact within the same game space. Visit friends' colonies, develop your own homes, farms, forests, and businesses (bakeries, pharmacies, markets, etc.), gather resources, craft items, and engage in player-to-player trading.
The game's premise revolves around Snotra, a highly advanced AI from Earth, tasked with establishing a human-droid society mirroring Earth's values and knowledge. This shared world fosters dynamic interactions and cross-platform playability. Extensive avatar customization options add a personal touch.
Beyond entertainment, Polity incorporates educational elements, such as learning about unique plant cultivation and greenhouse management.
Master a Wide Range of Skills
Polity offers diverse roles to explore. Aspiring leaders can become colony presidents, managing funds and expansion. Those with a green thumb can focus on farming and greenhouse operations. Players can also become foresters, harvesting and processing wood, or explore other professions. Jib Games plans to introduce new skills every three months, including fishing, interior design, cafe management, mining, airport management, fashion design, and dock management.
