Sony unveils PlayStation Plus' August 2025 game selections as part of its ongoing 15th anniversary festivities for the subscription service.
PlayStation Plus Celebrates 15 Years With Special Anniversary Content
Originally launching June 29, 2010, PS Plus recently featured major titles including Diablo IV, The King of Fighters XV, and Jusant. The upcoming August lineup introduces three new games along with exclusive anniversary avatars.
"We're thrilled to share some anniversary surprises!" announced Adam Michel, PlayStation's Director of Game Services. "Starting August 5, PS Plus members can redeem special 15th Anniversary Avatars showcasing beloved games like Cyberpunk 2077, Hogwarts Legacy, Diablo IV, God of War Ragnarök, and Twisted Metal absolutely free."

The Souls-inspired Lies of P headlines August's offerings with its acclaimed Pinocchio-themed action, which received an 8/10 score in IGN's review. Survival enthusiasts get DayZ, the influential hardcore multiplayer experience that inspired the battle royale genre. Rounding out the selection is My Hero One's Justice 2, a 3D fighting game based on the popular My Hero Academia anime series.
