Defeating the Royal Titans rewards you with a chance to obtain the Twinflame Staff, a potent weapon, and the Giantsoul Amulet. The amulet is an untradeable item that allows you to teleport directly to any of the three major giant bosses: Obor, Bryophyta, and the Royal Titans themselves.
