"Scarlet Girls: Crafting Your Ultimate 2D Squad - A Beginner's Guide"

Author : Aiden Update:Jun 11,2025

Scarlet Girls is a brand-new and enchanting Idle RPG that introduces players to a unique world filled with powerful, technologically enhanced mecha waifus. Set in the 119th year of the Old Euro Calendar—a time when catastrophic events mutated animals into monstrous beings—you play a crucial role as one of humanity’s last hopes. Your mission? Recruit, train, and lead an elite squad of female warriors known as "Stellaris" to defeat the catastromechs and restore peace to Earth.

This beginner's guide offers a comprehensive overview of the game’s core mechanics and modes, helping you accelerate your account progression and enjoy a more rewarding experience from the start.

Understanding the Combat Mechanics of Scarlet Girls

At its heart, Scarlet Girls features a fully idle-based combat system—perfect for players who prefer a casual yet strategic approach without manual controls. Battles follow a turn-based structure where all characters and enemies act based on their Speed stat. Each round concludes once every unit has completed their action.

You can deploy up to five characters per battle, and tools like Quick Dispatch help optimize your formation by selecting the strongest available lineup automatically. Once set, simply sit back and watch the stunning animations unfold as each character unleashes their unique abilities.

Each character, referred to as a “Stellaris,” comes equipped with both active and passive skills that activate automatically during combat. These skills often feature cooldown periods, requiring careful planning and team synergy to maximize effectiveness. Since battles are completely automatic, strategy lies entirely in team composition and positioning. Building a well-rounded and synergized squad is essential for overcoming increasingly difficult challenges.

Character Classes in Scarlet Girls

Every Stellaris belongs to one of four distinct classes, defining their battlefield role and utility:

  • Paladins – The tank class, boasting the highest armor and designed to absorb enemy attacks while protecting allies.
  • Support – Backline heroes focused on healing, buffing, and providing critical utility during battles.
  • Devastator – High-damage dealers specializing in energy-based attacks capable of wiping out enemy lines.
  • Assaulter – Agile melee fighters wielding bladed weapons to deliver swift and deadly physical strikes.

Echo – The Gacha System of Scarlet Girls

Recruiting new Stellaris is made possible through the Echo system—the game’s gacha-based summoning mechanic. Characters come in various rarities: R, SR, SSR, and SSR+. As rarity increases, so do base stats and ability strength, making higher-tier characters invaluable for progressing through harder content.

At launch, only the “Normal Echo” banner is available, offering recruits from R to SSR tiers. Players can use Echo Tickets or Diamonds to perform summons. An SSR character is guaranteed within 40 pulls, ensuring consistent access to high-tier units.

Each summon also grants 20 Echo Points, and upon reaching 2000 points, players may choose to summon a random SSR character from elemental banners (excluding Nebula). You can track your progress directly in the Echo interface.

Here’s a breakdown of summoning probabilities:

  • R Stellaris – 19.979% chance per individual character
  • SR Stellaris – 2.667% chance per individual character
  • SSR Stellaris – 0.133% chance per individual character
  • SSR+ Stellaris – 0.010% chance per individual character

To enhance your gaming experience even further, consider playing *Scarlet Girls* on PC using BlueStacks. Enjoy smoother performance, precise mouse and keyboard controls, and a larger screen for immersive gameplay sessions.
