Vampire Survivors has just released a thrilling free DLC titled Emerald Diorama, inspired by Square Enix’s iconic JRPG series, SaGa. This crossover event represents the game's most significant update to date, bringing a fresh wave of excitement to players.
Emerald Diorama Brings JRPG Vibes to Vampire Survivors
The Emerald Diorama DLC introduces a new stage that functions as a mini world map, complete with world-hopping elements that add depth to the gameplay. Players can dive into this new environment and encounter over a dozen new characters, ranging from puppeteers to those who sing cursed melodies, enriching the game's narrative and strategy.
This update brings more than 16 new weapons and introduces a novel Glimmer system, which allows players to randomly acquire new skills during their runs. Additionally, the game now boasts nine new music tracks, enhancing the immersive experience.
To unlock the Emerald Diorama, players must navigate to Moongolow and engage with a new merchant. Purchasing the Emerald Disk for 50,000 gold is the first step, followed by unlocking the content gradually. The DLC also introduces character parties, allowing you to form your own mini squad for a more collaborative gameplay experience.
Furthermore, the Emerald Diorama DLC adds two new Adventures, which are mini-campaigns each containing six chapters. "To End an Ice Age" is designed for the base game, while "Tides of the Foscari" enhances the new DLC content.
Alongside the DLC, There’s Another Free Update
Simultaneously, the base game has received another free update called The Coop, centered around chickens. This update introduces a new chicken character named Gazebo, along with a new weapon and a relic that accelerates gameplay. Players can achieve numerous achievements and unlock Darkana, with the full potential of The Coop unlocked by collecting 500 lifetime floor chickens.
For an added tip, when playing The Coop, refrain from killing any enemies for the first minute. This action will unlock the Gaze of Gaea, and evolving it with Parm Aegis will further unlock Gazebo.
Vampire Survivors is available on the Google Play Store, and with the latest updates, players can enjoy cross-platform saving across PC, Xbox, Android, and iOS. Don't miss out on the free Emerald Diorama DLC and The Coop update to enhance your gaming experience.
