How to Get Fidough & Dachsbun in Pokémon GO
Fidough and Dachsbun debuted during the Fidough Fetch event (January 4-8, 2025). Fidough appeared as a wild spawn, offering a chance for encounters. Additionally, it was obtainable via Field Research Tasks and Collection Challenges.
Alternatively, trading with other Trainers is an option. Online Pokémon GO communities (Reddit, Discord, etc.) are good resources for finding trading partners.
Since Dachsbun doesn't appear in the wild, Trainers must either trade for it or evolve a Fidough using 50 Candies. Consider evolving your strongest Fidough, as Dachsbun is a capable battler, useful in events, PvP, and against NPCs.
Can Fidough & Dachsbun Be Shiny in Pokémon GO?
Currently (as of the Dual Destiny season), shiny Fidough and Dachsbun are unavailable. However, future events may introduce shiny variants, as is common with Pokémon GO. Until then, Trainers will need to await further announcements.
