Playdigious is celebrating a major milestone: 10 years of publishing games! Founded in 2015 by Xavier Liard and Romain Tisserand, this French publisher has spent the last decade bringing high-quality indie games to mobile platforms, making them easily accessible to a wider audience. They take beloved PC and console titles and adapt them for mobile play, ensuring everyone can enjoy these gems on the go.
A Roster Full of Successful Games
Over the years, Playdigious has released more than 25 games, boasting a roster that includes hits like Dead Cells, Northgard, Little Nightmares, and Loop Hero. Recently, they collaborated with Dotemu, Tribute Games, and Paramount Game Studios to bring Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge to mobile, a title that was previously exclusive to Netflix.
But Playdigious isn’t just about ports anymore. In June 2023, they launched Playdigious Originals, a new publishing label dedicated to supporting creative indie projects from the ground up. This summer, they're set to release two exciting new games under the Originals banner: Crown Gambit and Fretless: The Wrath of Riffson. These follow the 2024 release of Linkito and continue to drive Playdigious's push into original content.
