To acquire the Afternoon Tea Decor Pikmin, you'll need to complete Event Challenge missions. The rewards include Star Candy, flower petals, or seedlings that grow into the event Pikmin. If you manage to make the Big Flower bloom during a challenge, you're guaranteed to receive a Gold Seedling.
Additionally, smashing Lavish Mushrooms will grant you Mystery Boxes containing goodies like Star Candy and more petals. The Afternoon Tea Pikmin are particularly effective at demolishing these mushrooms. You can use the Mushroom Battle Bullhorn up to three times a day on weekends, making it a fun and rewarding activity.
