What Murderworld Brings to Marvel Contest of Champions
Arcade, the master of deadly theme parks, has arrived in The Contest, unleashing his twisted Murderworlds – amusement parks designed for both entertainment and annihilation. Arcade's goal? Achieve the highest body count. Players must outsmart Arcade's deadly games, perhaps even teaming up to conquer his lethal carnival.
Spotlight on the New Champions
The Raft, the Battlerealm's maximum-security prison, is on lockdown due to a gamma radiation incident. The Summoner intervenes, encountering Patriot amidst a perilous situation. Meanwhile, The Leader’s gamma-enhanced intellect unleashes mind control on friends and foes alike.
Here’s the key information: Patriot (Eli Bradley) joins the fray on July 18th, followed by The Leader (Samuel Sterns) on August 1st. Let's delve into these new champions. Patriot, grandson of the original Super Soldier, co-founded the Young Avengers.
In contrast, The Leader, formerly a chemical plant worker, underwent a gamma transformation, becoming a super-genius villain and the Hulk's arch-nemesis.
