Your Sinners' levels directly impact their combat prowess in Limbus Company. Efficient leveling is crucial for progressing through challenging content. Even top-tier Sinners will struggle against underleveled opponents. This guide outlines effective XP acquisition methods.
While I eagerly anticipate Ananta and Neverness To Everness, I yearn for stylish anime games that avoid the gacha model. HoYoVerse titles satisfy my gacha needs, but a AAA experience without RNG monetization would be a welcome addition.
Combat and Grinding
Initially, XP is primarily earned through combat. All team Sinners gain XP upon clearing battles, regardless of participation, although active combatants receive more. However, this method proves slow, especially as difficulty increases, necessitating alternative leveling strategies.
Progressing to the midpoint of Canto 2 unlocks Luxcavation mode. This allows you to challenge specific enemies for various rewards, including substantial XP and valuable leveling consumables.
Using Consumable Items
To expedite the leveling process, utilize Level Boost Tickets and Identity Training Tickets. These consumables directly boost Sinner levels or provide significant XP boosts.
Identity Training Tickets
These tickets provide a fixed amount of Identity XP, similar to level-up materials in other gacha games like Honkai Star Rail or Genshin Impact. They're effective for reducing grinding but are needed in large quantities for max-leveling. Four tiers exist:
- Identity Training Ticket I: 50 Identity XP
- Identity Training Ticket II: 200 Identity XP
- Identity Training Ticket III: 1000 Identity XP
- Identity Training Ticket IV: 3000 Identity XP
These tickets are primarily obtained from EXP Luxcavation stages, Limbus Passes (both free and paid), and periodic attendance events.
Level Boost Tickets
Level Boost Tickets instantly raise a Sinner's Identity to a specific level, offering a significant time-saving advantage. However, they are rarer than Identity Training Tickets and primarily acquired through the Limbus Pass and occasional attendance events; they cannot be farmed. Available tiers include:
- Level Boost Ticket I: Level 10
- Level Boost Ticket II: Level 20
- Level Boost Ticket III: Level 30
- Level Boost Ticket IV: Level 40
The maximum Identity level is currently 50. Strategically use Level Boost and Identity Training Tickets to efficiently level multiple Sinners.
