Six romantic interests await in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, excluding bathhouse ladies. Most offer brief encounters, but a few feature more elaborate storylines. These include: Rosa, Klara, Lousy Mary, Johanka, Black Bartoush, and Doubravka. Detailed instructions for each follow below.
One-Night Stands
Doubravka
During the "Wedding Crashers" main quest, speak to Doubravka's mother near the courtyard entrance. She'll ask you to dance with her daughter. Select these dialogue options: "Don't worry about the people," "You dance like an elf," and "I see. Let's go then." This triggers a romantic scene.
Black Bartoush
In the "For Victory!" quest, within Trosky Castle, talk to Black Bartoush. Choose: "I reckon I know what you’re getting at," and "Shall we spend the rest of the evening alone?"
Johanka
Also during "For Victory!", speak to the widow Johanka among the nobles. Select: "I’ll be glad to tell you what happened," "It was a lovely day for bathing," "They almost killed us," and "I think I can convince you."

Bathhouse Ladies
Major towns and settlements have bathhouses. Paying the maids for "full service" provides clean clothes and the "Time Well Spent" buff (+1 Strength, Agility, and Vitality). This buff is granted for any NPC encounter, not just bathhouse ladies.
How to Romance Klara
Klara offers a more involved romance. During the "Back in the Saddle" main quest, after dueling Michael, speak with Klara and mention the knights. She'll invite you herb picking. Choose: "I can’t say no to a comely lady," and "I think she’s called Klara."
After the pistole tutorial, help Klara at the jail cells (persuade the guard or fight him). Treat Mark (Schnapps and a bandage) and Zwerk (Schnapps, bandages, wine, and chamomile brew). Finally, speak with Klara at her house and head to her bed.
