As shared in their latest X (formerly Twitter) post, Hades 2 has been in early access since May 6, 2024. Supergiant Games celebrated this milestone by expressing gratitude to their fans for their support and indicating that the game is moving closer to its full release.
Their post states, "It's been incredibly exciting and eye-opening as we've worked to realize the potential so many of you see in our game. Thank you for all your feedback and patience as we get closer to the finish line!"
The original Hades also followed a similar early access path, taking 22 months before its full release. However, Supergiant aims to bring Hades 2 to full release more swiftly, starting with a time-exclusive launch on the Nintendo Switch 2.
