Zelnick highlighted that their upcoming title, Civilization 7, will launch on both console and PC, but noted that Rockstar Games typically rolls out their titles on different platforms sequentially.
Historically, this pattern is evident with GTA 5, which debuted on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in September 2013, followed by PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in November 2014, and finally on PC in April 2015. Similarly, Red Dead Redemption 2 launched on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in October 2018, with a PC release following in November 2019.
Although no concrete confirmation has been given for GTA 6 on PC, Zelnick's comments imply a strong interest in eventually bringing the game to the platform. Fans had hoped for a simultaneous PC launch, given the game's anticipated scale, but it seems they may need to wait a bit longer.
Take-Two's Confidence in GTA 6's Multiplatform Success

He expressed optimism about the PC's increasing role in what was traditionally a console-dominated market, stating, "We have seen PC become a much more and more important part of what used to be a console business, and I wouldn't be surprised to see that trend continue."

He believes that major titles like GTA 6 can drive console sales, saying, "When you have a big title in the market and we have many of them coming, historically that has sold consoles."
He further added, "And I think that will happen this year. I don't think tariffs are going to be our friend, but I think there will be a meaningful uptick in console sales in calendar 25 because of the release schedule, not just coming from us, but coming from others. So I'm not concerned about that [console sales falling]. I think the trend that you'd want to focus on is this increasing share of the market that is reflected in PC."
