The Natlan hype train is in full swing, and it’s not slowing down anytime soon. Genshin Impact announced the date for the much-awaited Natlan special program announcement, sending ripples through the community. And, the live stream will kick off on Twitch and YouTube this Friday at 12:00 AM (UTC-4).The poster for the special program, “Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn,” is already out. It promises to reveal many Natlan goodness, from official banners to free rewards.The Bennett Debate: Freebie or Overkill?Let’s address the flaming arrow in the room – free Bennett. While many expected to get Kachina, the Natlan native, for free, it seems Hoyoverse had a different plan. Instead, Bennett, the plucky adventurer, is the free 4-star character for Genshin Impact Special Program.Rumor has it that Bennett is originally from Natlan, so technically, he fits the bill. You’ll need to complete a world quest to get him this time. Kachina, on the other hand, won’t be gracing our accounts for free. Despite the tradition of giving away a character from the new region to help with exploration, it looks like Hoyoverse is breaking the mold here.Free Pulls GaloreNow, onto the part that’s got everyone’s Primogem radar on high alert – the free pulls. Initially at 113 pulls, then down to 110, and now it’s up to 115. The final number seems to have settled, and if you play your cards right and clear everything in version 5.0, that’s what you can expect. But if you don’t have endless hours to grind, you’re still looking at around 90 free pulls.With version 5.0 landing on August 28th, we’re also gearing up for Genshin’s 4th anniversary. And that means extra goodies. Hoyoverse is rolling out a 7-day login event soon that hands out ten fates plus 1600 Primogems, an unrestrained pet, and a gadget.
