A short but tantalizing teaser for Fallout Season 2 has surfaced online, offering our first glimpse of New Vegas in the hit TV series.
The clip debuted during the Amazon Upfront livestream and was quickly shared across social platforms, including a Reddit post that captured the moment. In the teaser, Lucy (played by Ella Purnell) and The Ghoul (Walton Goggins) are seen approximately 50 miles from what used to be Las Vegas. As the unmistakable sound of a Geiger counter fills the air—hinting at dangerous radiation levels—the two characters exchange glances before setting their sights on the distant ruins of New Vegas. The skyline of the post-apocalyptic city is revealed in dramatic fashion.

New Vegas, famously the central location in Obsidian Entertainment’s Fallout: New Vegas, will serve as the primary setting for Season 2 of the television adaptation.
So, what does this teaser tell us about how the show will portray New Vegas? For starters, it looks far more detailed than the fleeting view we got at the end of Season 1. Fans of the game will likely recognize key architectural elements, though the city appears more compact and urban compared to the relatively open layout found in the video game version.
One major highlight in the skyline is the Lucky 38 Resort and Casino, located on the iconic New Vegas Strip. In the original game, the Lucky 38 is the towering casino from which the enigmatic Mr. House governs the city. Some viewers speculate they can also spot the Ultra-Luxe hotel nearby, although it's difficult to confirm from this wide-angle shot alone.
