Disney Speedstorm is revving up for its 12th season, and this time, it's going digital with a Tron: Legacy theme! Get ready to race as Quorra, Sam Flynn, Rinzler, and more.
It's amazing to think that Disney, known for its animation and live-action films, also pioneered extensive digital effects with the original Tron in 1982. For fans of the sequel, Tron: Legacy, Disney Speedstorm's newest season is a must-see!
Launching March 6th, Season 12 ("On the Grid") brings a wave of new content. Sam Flynn, Quorra, Rinzler, and Zuse (the club-goer from Tron: Legacy) join the roster, each wielding neon-infused weaponry, including the iconic identity discs.
While lightcycles might be a surprising omission, they'll be racing in stylish karts instead. But don't worry, there's plenty more to excite fans! New Crew Members like Kevin Flynn, ISO, and Jarvis are also added, along with a brand-new track.
No Lightcycles? Yes, it's a head-scratcher, but Season 12 compensates with unique weaponry and ultimate abilities for each of the four new racers.
