Tailors offer shoes, but cobblers provide superior quality options. Locate cobblers using their map icon (three red circles); one is found early in Trosky. Cobbler Matthew, for example, also sells horse equipment and crafting kits.
Repairing Shoes:
Several methods exist for shoe repair. Cobblers and blacksmiths offer repair services; the cost varies depending on your Craftsmanship skill level and associated perks. Higher skill levels grant repair discounts.
Alternatively, self-repair is possible using a Cobbler's Kit. These kits are obtainable from various vendors (cobblers, blacksmiths), chests, and looted NPCs. Access the kit from your inventory and select the "interact" button (typically "E" on PC). A repair menu appears, listing repairable items. Faded items indicate insufficient Craftsmanship skill. Select items and use the interact button again to initiate repair.
