What are Luma Eggs?
Initially appearing as Mysterious Eggs, these collectibles are a key part of the Luma Island experience. Incubating them reveals Lumas – helpful creatures that enhance your farm and adventures. Each egg holds a surprise; the type of Luma hatched is random, adding an element of excitement to the discovery.
Locating Luma Eggs
Luma Eggs are primarily found in two locations: the island's Ruins and behind Shrine doors. Each Ruin area contains one egg, as does each Shrine. The number of eggs available increases as you progress through the game's areas:

Ruin eggs are typically found deep within the structures, often in the final chambers. Shrine eggs, however, require Tepid Offering Crystals to unlock. These crystals are hidden throughout each area and must be collected to open the reward chest containing the egg.
Hatching Luma Eggs
To hatch your collected eggs, you'll need a Luma Incubator. Purchase the blueprint from Balthazar's shop (located to the left of the town entrance) for 500 coins. Crafting requires:
