The Delta Force PC Alpha Test kicked off on August 5 at 9 p.m. EDT / 6 p.m. PDT, giving eager fans their first taste of the action. However, the developers announced on August 30 that the Alpha Test would conclude on September 8, or more specifically, on September 7 at 8 p.m. EDT / 5 p.m. PDT for players in the United States.
Gamers had several opportunities to secure their spot in the Alpha Test, including:

- Checking out the Delta Force Official Steam Page
- Watching Delta Force streams on Twitch to earn Twitch Drops
Additionally, the official Twitter/X account of Delta Force frequently offered Alpha Test codes during special events and milestones, adding another exciting way for fans to join the action.
July 24 Update: New Alpha Test Date Announced
Delta Force thrilled fans by announcing a new date for the delayed Alpha Test, set for August 6, 2024. Participants could try their luck at gaining access through the official website, the Steam page, or by snagging keys via Twitch drops or various giveaways. One notable giveaway on their official Twitter/X account saw 100 lucky winners receiving codes for the Alpha Test.
July 16 Update: Alpha Test Postponed
Following the pre-alpha test from July 11 to 15, the developers identified several critical issues that affected gameplay for the limited number of participants. As a result, they had to postpone the originally planned July Alpha Test to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience for all players.
Initially Scheduled Alpha Test
Delta Force was initially set to launch its Alpha Test on July 18, with no specific end date announced. Fans could attempt to gain access by filling out player surveys on the official website, requesting access on the Steam page, or watching Twitch streams to receive Steam keys through Twitch Drops.
The pre-alpha test from July 11 to 15 served as a crucial stress test, allowing a small group of players early access to help the developers fine-tune the game.
