In *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, the side quest "Hush, My Darling" is initiated by speaking with Martha in Miskowitz, a village in the Kuttenberg Region west of Kuttenberg City. This quest requires you to utilize your blacksmithing skills, so let's dive into the steps you need to follow to complete it.
Speak with Martha
Martha resides in the house connected to the forge in the southeastern part of Miskowitz. Enter her home and engage her in conversation, asking if she needs assistance. When she mentions needing help with blacksmithing, respond with “I’m a blacksmith! I’d be glad to help,” to officially start the "Hush, My Darling" side quest.
If you're also on the trail of Matthew from the Dry Devil's group, you can speak with the bailiff standing next to Martha to gather more information.
Craft Horseshoes

You'll need two Farmer’s Horseshoes for this quest. If you've previously crafted these to level up your blacksmithing skills, you might already have them. If not, gather two pieces of Scrap Metal and head to the forge to create them. Once the horseshoes are ready, return to Martha.
Find Victoria

Martha will ask you to deliver the horseshoes to Victoria, who lives a short distance south of the forge. Upon arriving at Victoria's house, you'll find it empty with blood on the floor. Investigate the blood when prompted during "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, and then report back to Martha. She'll suggest that you search for Victoria at Sigismund’s camp.
Sigismund’s Camp

Located south of Opatowitz, Sigismund’s camp is your next destination. If you're also seeking Matthew for the Dry Devil quest, you might encounter him en route. At the camp, speak with the blacksmith about Victoria. He'll mention a soldier named Black who showed interest in her. To find Black, head to the infirmary tent where he's recovering from sickness.

Black will request a Digestive Potion to alleviate his food poisoning before he'll assist you. If you don't have one, craft it and return to administer it. Wait a few hours for the potion to take effect before he'll provide information.
Black reveals that he had a conversation with Victoria, suggesting she might have gone into the woods to the east. Follow the quest marker to find her sitting on a stump. Engage in a conversation with Victoria about her situation. Your dialogue choices here won't affect future events, but if you secured a promise from Black to look after her, sharing this can offer her some comfort and hope.
This completes "Hush, My Darling" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. From here, you can proceed with the main quests or explore additional side quests like "In Vino Veritas."
