Unfrozen Games unveils a new teaser showcasing the Dungeon faction in their upcoming turn-based strategy game, Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era. This detailed look at the Dungeon faction's units expands on previous reveals.
"Beyond showcasing the remaining factions, we wanted to fill in some gaps from our initial Dungeon preview," the developers explained. "We're also introducing our more 'reserved' third-tier units! Note that some abilities and combat postures from the first video might differ, but this focuses on previously unseen elements."
The Dungeon faction boasts classic units including troglodytes, minotaurs, medusas, and dragons. Each unit has advanced versions with superior stats and unique abilities. The Infernal Hydra, for example, features a passive ability that mitigates incoming damage over multiple turns, making it a powerful battlefield asset.
The video provides a glimpse into the current animations and unit statistics, although the developers emphasize that balancing adjustments may occur before the official release.
Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era is slated for Early Access launch in Q2 2025, with a full release planned afterward.
