"Blast Out of Dark Dungeon with Magic in Last Mage"

Weird Johnny Studio, the creative minds behind Hero Tale, have just announced their latest venture into the grimdark, bullet-heaven genre with Last Mage. In this roguelite adventure, you step into the role of the last surviving mage, tasked with surviving a deadly dungeon by harnessing the power of magic.

Set in a world where magic is forbidden and mages are hunted to near extinction, Last Mage places you in a desperate struggle for survival within a dungeon. Your mission is to delve deeper into this dark abyss, confronting and annihilating the monstrous creatures that lurk within. To succeed, you'll need to enhance your magical prowess by gathering ancient artifacts and meticulously managing your mana reserves to avoid depletion at critical moments.

BackpackingWhile the bullet heaven genre is known for its intense action, Last Mage introduces a unique twist with its inventory management system. The game features various backpacks that you can unlock, each affecting your carrying capacity and organization. This mechanic requires you to strategically select and arrange your equipment, optimizing your loadout to maximize efficiency within the limited space.

Last Mage is slated for release by the end of 2025, with a more precise date to be announced soon. If the blend of grimdark atmosphere, reminiscent of Vampire Survivors and Backpack Battles, piques your interest, keep an eye out for further updates.
