The Hideout: A Customizable Home Base
A recent deep dive into AC Shadows' website showcased the game's extensive Hideout feature. Located in the secret valley of Izumi Settsu province, the Hideout serves as the player's base of operations and Brotherhood hub. Systems Associate Director Dany described the Hideout as ambitious, offering players an entire acre of land to personalize with buildings, pathways, and more. Customization options unlock progressively throughout the game, reflecting the player's journey.

The Hideout will house various characters, each with their own backstories and interactions.
