Clash Royale has introduced a major upgrade for the Inferno Dragon, fulfilling years of player anticipation. After flying through the game without an Evolution since its debut, this legendary fire-breathing unit receives a substantial power boost. To commemorate the occasion, Supercell partnered with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a distinctive unveiling.

The Inferno Dragon's Evolution form dramatically enhances its combat effectiveness. Unlike its base version, which resets accumulated damage when switching targets, the improved variant maintains its escalating damage output for greater battlefield dominance.
Inferno Dragon Evolution Launches New Clash Royale Season
Dubbed "How to Evolve Your Dragon!", the new season introduces the Inferno Dragon Evolution while bringing back the 2v2 League. Players can team up with friends or random partners to climb the competitive ladder.
Milestone Events beginning at Arena 7 offer rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetic items.
Crown Chase #1 provides a Battle Banner complete with frame and decoration, plus an Epic Book of Cards. Crown Chase #2 follows with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.
To showcase the new Evolution cards, developers have scheduled various Game Modes and Challenges throughout June and early July. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft runs from June 2nd-9th, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge (June 6th-9th) offering a Battle Banner and Emote.
Evolution Mayhem (June 9th-16th) permits up to 4 Evolution Cards per deck. Magical Trio (June 16th-23rd) precedes 4 Card Showdown (June 23rd-30th). Evolution Bonanza (June 30th-July 7th) allows up to 8 Evolution Cards per deck.
