Weeks after dropping the first trailer for its mobile release, 9th Dawn Remake is now available on Android. This remake brings back an old-school dungeon crawler RPG with a massive world to explore, offering fans a nostalgic yet refreshed gaming experience.
A Re-Release with Tons of New Content and Features
The new version is a complete rebuild of the original 9th Dawn from 2012 by Valorware, packed with new content, larger dungeons, and a host of additional features. The story begins with the mysterious disappearance of a lighthouse keeper, evolving into a darker narrative involving an evil force spreading across Montelorne.
As you progress, you'll confront the formidable Castle of Maltyr, home to some of the continent's most fearsome monsters. Along your journey, you'll gear up, level up, and even raise monster pets from eggs to fight alongside you. The game is brimming with loot to collect, including gear that you can use to fill out your journal for rewards while exploring over 45 handcrafted dungeons.
In the 9th Dawn Remake Mobile, you have the freedom to design your own character build, unlock spells, and distribute attribute points. The game also features a comprehensive system for forging weapons, brewing potions, and upgrading gear. Beyond the main quest, there are numerous minigames to enjoy, such as a deep deck-building card game and a unique fishing mode where you command worm-warriors in battle. Additionally, side quests involve helping villagers around Montelorne, unlocking rare items and boosting the region's prosperity.
