Interestingly, this year's PG People's Choice Awards coincides with two significant transatlantic elections. While political historians may overlook this synchronicity, we at Pocket Gamer certainly haven't.
As the sole Pocket Gamer reader-voted category within the PG Mobile Games Awards (in association with Gamelight, run by our sister site PocketGamer.biz), this award is always fiercely contested, attracting thousands of diverse opinions.
This year is no exception; the voting is intense, and many of the 20 outstanding nominees are neck and neck.
Based on past years, the competition will likely tighten as the deadline approaches, with only a few games vying for the top spot. However, the margin of victory is often surprisingly small, making every single vote crucial.

The winner, determined by the highest number of votes, will be announced at the prestigious PG Mobile Games Awards ceremony on August 20th in Cologne.
