Ubisoft Japan’s 30th Anniversary Character Awards: Ezio Auditore Takes the Crown!
Ezio Auditore da Firenze, the iconic Assassin’s Creed protagonist, has emerged victorious in Ubisoft Japan’s Character Awards! This online competition, celebrating Ubisoft Japan's three decades of success, saw fans voting for their top three favorite characters across all Ubisoft titles. The voting period, which ran from November 1st, 2024, concluded with Ezio securing the top spot.
To mark this milestone, Ubisoft Japan has created a special webpage featuring Ezio in a unique artistic style, along with four free downloadable wallpapers (PC and mobile). Furthermore, a lucky 30 fans will receive an exclusive Ezio acrylic stand set, while 10 will win a massive 180cm Ezio body pillow!
The top ten characters were revealed on Ubisoft Japan’s official website and X (formerly Twitter). Aiden Pearce (Watch Dogs) claimed second place, followed by Edward Kenway (Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag) in third.

In a separate poll for most popular game franchise, Assassin’s Creed also secured first place, outperforming Rainbow Six Siege and Watch Dogs. The Division and Far Cry rounded out the top five.
