Islands in the Stream Puzzle

This logic puzzle presents a unique challenge. The goal is to color each grid either blue or white, following these rules:

1. Each number indicates the size of its associated island (number of grids).
2. Every island must contain exactly one numbered grid.
3. There can be only one continuous stream (uncolored grids), and this stream cannot contain any 2x2 blocks of uncolored cells.
