No. All files remain only on your device. Be sure to back up hidden files before switching devices or performing a factory reset.
How to launch GalleryVault if the icon is hidden?
Try one of the following methods:
1. Use your device's browser to visit: http://open.thinkyeah.com/gv.
2. Tap "Manage Space" in the System App Details for GalleryVault (System Settings → Apps → GalleryVault).
What can I do if I forgot my passcode?
Locate the latest email from us (search your mailbox for "thinkyeah") and follow the instructions to reset your passcode.
If you can't find the email, request a new one:
1. Open the GalleryVault lock screen.
If the icon is hidden, go to System Settings → Apps → GalleryVault and tap "Manage Space."
2. Attempt to unlock and fail twice—the "Forgot" button will appear.
3. Tap "Forgot," then select "Resend Auth Email" in the dialog.
