FTS Driver App

This app tracks GPS devices and provides drivers with tools to manage work information, all accessible through a company web console. Key features include:

1. Travel Itinerary Management (TMS): Plan and track deliveries, viewing real-time location data from GPS devices or the Mobile Tracker, and updating delivery statuses.

2. Maintenance Logging: Record vehicle maintenance, including refueling, servicing, condition checks, and repairs. Data is summarized and reported through the web console.

3. Mobile Tracker: Provides location tracking via the mobile device's GPS, eliminating the need for a separate GPS device. Data transmission can be toggled on/off. This data integrates with TMS and Vehicle Tracking. The Mobile Tracker requests permissions for:

• Continuous Location Access: Allows for background GPS tracking for convenience.
• Physical Activity Data Access (ACTIVITY RECOGNITION): Optimizes GPS data collection and energy consumption. Data collection frequency varies based on activity:
  • Still: Every 5 minutes (Power Save Mode after 5 minutes of inactivity).
  • Walking: Every minute.
  • In Vehicle: Every second (for accurate speed and distance calculations), normally every minute.

4. Vehicle Tracking: View real-time location data from GPS or Mobile Tracker, along with work status. Access historical data, including:

• Device information
• Notification settings
• Daily travel summaries
• Customizable GPS movement data intervals
• Data from additional equipment (MDVR, TPMS, if installed)

User account settings include:

• Terms and conditions
• Privacy policy
• Cookie policy
