This game is a variation of the ancient Chinese game of Go. It's a tactical board game for two players, where you can face off against artificial intelligence or opponents from around the globe. Each player is assigned a color and places dots on the line intersections, taking turns to position their colored markers on the playing field.
Your goal is to encircle your opponent's dots with your own, connecting them to form a barrier around the enemy pieces. Successfully surrounded dots are considered "captured" and can no longer be used by your opponent.
You can also capture territories even if the surrounding area contains no dots at the line intersections. The player who captures the most dots, or whose opponent surrenders, wins the game.
Dots can be placed using predefined colors.
The "divide and rule" or "divide and conquer" strategy involves gaining and maintaining power by breaking larger concentrations of power into smaller, more manageable pieces that individually possess less power than the one executing the strategy.
