Ancient Stars is a meticulously crafted 3V3 competitive game, featuring a 2.5D combat mode that blends 2D hand-drawn heroes with 3D battle environments. This unique combination brings the excitement of arcade fighting together with the strategic depth of traditional MOBA games. Designed to be easy to pick up, fast-paced, and highly strategic, Ancient Stars ensures fun-filled gameplay with each match lasting approximately 10 minutes. The game's side-scrolling map and tower-pushing mode challenge players to destroy the enemy base to secure victory.
Currently, Ancient Stars boasts an impressive lineup of 22 unique hero characters and 9 distinct character skins, each with their own style. To enhance the immersive experience, every character is accompanied by unique voice acting, showcasing a variety of styles from around the world.
To bring the vibrant heroes and animations in the 2D hand-drawn style to life, we invited the art director from Ironhide Studio, the creative genius behind Kingdom Rush and Iron Marines, to lead the art design for Ancient Stars. Every hero's image and skill effect has been meticulously designed and refined. Complementing the visual spectacle, the sound effects, background music, and other elements are crafted by a Uruguayan composer, adding a unique flavor to the game's atmosphere.
