This is an Augmented Reality (AR) app for Magic Thousand Character Comics.
Recommended Specs:
- Recommended devices for using AR (Augmented Reality): S8 or later models
- It is difficult to use the recommended terminal subtypes under the characteristics of the augmented reality function that requires high specifications.
- Even if you use the recommended model, installation may not be possible if there are many previously installed apps or if there is insufficient storage space.

▶ Even if I shine a book or card, it is not recognized.
- If the image isn't recognized well, touch the yellow [+] part in the middle to search the image again.
- The image is best recognized when projected from the front to fit the space.
- Avoid areas with strong light reflections; use the app in a place with minimal light reflection.
- Not all pages are recognized. Please refer to the page where the Chinese character magic appears!
▶ Images may not be recognized or the app may stop in the middle.
- If the image isn't recognized well, touch the yellow [+] part in the middle to search the image again.
- The Magong app includes an augmented reality (AR) function, which may cause overheating with prolonged use.
- App overload may occur. Try closing the app for a while and then relaunching it!
▶ It takes a long time to start the app for the first time.
- The app needs time to prepare to recognize the Magic Thousand Character Book's images.
- Older smartphones may run the app more slowly.
▶ It is cumbersome to write Chinese characters every time I light the book.
- Check 'Skip from the second Chinese character writing' in the environment settings to skip it after writing it once.
- However, if two or more Chinese characters appear on a page, skipping Chinese characters does not apply!
▶ An animation video plays, but sometimes stops.
- The animation video streams via the internet, which may cause interruptions if your internet speed is slow.
- Use the app in a stable Wi-Fi environment.
▶ The sound of the video recording file is too low.
- The sound is recorded from the smartphone's speaker during video recording. Please increase the speaker volume.
▶ Video recording stops automatically.
- Video recording is limited to 30 seconds and stops automatically after this duration.
- The front camera (selfie) records for each AR model, and recording stops automatically when the model changes due to reflection elsewhere.
▶ The photos and videos I took are not visible in the smartphone gallery.
- Depending on the smartphone model, there may be a delay in media scanning, causing photos/videos not to appear immediately in the gallery.
- In this case, restart your smartphone to view the photos/videos in the gallery.
▶ Do I have to allow permission when installing the app?
- To use the app properly, permissions for the camera, microphone, and storage space are required.
- If you "deny" the permission, the app's functions will not work.
▶ I can't comment on Plus Friends.
- Adding comments to Plus Friends is a feature available in KakaoTalk.
- If you tap the 'Open with App' button at the top right or the image of the post, you can comment using an external browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.) by running KakaoTalk.
- The 'Open KakaoTalk App' button cannot be executed due to security restrictions.
